    • Organized and carried out K-8 arts engagement fieldtrip with Dance Theater of Harlem for around 200 students

  • Organized schedules, structures, and systems for Enrichment program at ARISE Schools and Mildred Osborne, including:

    • Student selection process for 5th-8th grade students at the beginning of the year

    • Transition systems for Enrichment

    • Substitute system for Enrichment

    • Professional development opportunities

    • Behavior system integration for middle school academy and Enrichment

    • Advocating for arts integration in core curriculum


Facilitator, Dance for Social Change, Dancing Grounds (2015-2017):

  • Collaborated with Directors and youth to create a site-specific audience-engaging art piece at Akili Academy and Music Box Village

  • Facilitated dialogue and art-making process for around 40 youth from multiple schools around New Orleans

  • Leveraged student voices to express their ideas around their education, the school-to-prison pipeline, gender justice, and women’s rights
